Georgia's medical cannabis program requires a DPH-registered physician certification before the DPH Registry Card application.
Two separate fees — two separate recipients. The clinic consultation fee is paid at booking and covers your telehealth appointment with the DPH-registered physician. After certification, a separate DPH registration fee is paid directly to the Georgia Department of Public Health when you apply for your Registry Card at the DPH patient portal. The clinic does not collect any portion of the state fee.

After your appointment: Apply for your Registry Card at the DPH patient portal and pay the registration fee directly to DPH. Once approved, your 5-year card lets you purchase at any AMCC-licensed dispensary or Georgia Board of Pharmacy-licensed independent pharmacy statewide. Georgia allows up to 12,000mg of total THC (SB 220). Smoking and botanical cannabis flower remain prohibited.
